VOTE 38 Degree Campaign to stop the Badger Cull

DURHAM WILDLIFE TRUST
22 July 2011

Earlier this week Government announced its decision to press ahead with the cull of badgers in an attempt to combat the spread of bovine tuberculosis in cattle. However, the bulk of scientific evidence suggests that culling could only make the problem worse and that other measures should be explored and implemented to tackle this disease. (For more information visit the badgers and bovine tubercluosis page of The Wildlife Trust’s website)

38 Degrees is gathering support for launching a petition to stop the badger cull planned to commence in 2012.

Follow the link to 38 Degrees to find out more about the campaign and cast your vote for or against launching a campaign against badger culling.

THE POLL WILL CLOSE on the evening of SUNDAY 24th JULY.
